I'm so pleased and enamored with the level of care and professionalism from Emily and the rest of the team. Doneisha my claims adjuster was great as well. My car was totaled on July 8, 2025 and was a quick and swift reaction, from making sure I was okay to getting my car paid off. They definitely stand behind the jingle "like a good neighbor state farm is there" A lot of moving parts, but everything turned out PERFECT! THANK YOU AGAIN. I'M A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!
