"She was the first insurance agent to call me. I'm sure glad I picked up the call. Usually, I don't because I'm not ready for someone to sell me on their product. But I didn't get that with Lourice, she just ask if I was still interested in finding out their quote for my auto insurance. Long story short, I was able to get everything I already had with my insurance at that moment. One of the difference was that State Farm gave me a less expensive premium. The other reason I switched to State Farm was that Lourice was telling me that she would be my agent. I thought it was a cooperative type situation. That you get who ever answers your call.
